Bio(This is an RP Journal)
A dreamer who wanted to make his dreams a reality, Riku has since had those dreams become scars that torn his heart apart. He had been content growing up on Destiny Island with only dreams of distant places and battles and living his life on the small island. Until Kairi appeared from another world waking Riku's own mind to the possibility of other worlds. Suddenly those childhood dreams became a possibility that he wanted to venture out to find.
Riku was always the strongest on the island, faster, stronger, more agile he was on top of the food chain when it came to the other kids. But for all his physical abilities Riku has problems emotionally connecting to people. For all that he's good at he can't make friends as easily as Sora, making Sora's presence rather important to keep him from feeling alone. However once Riku makes a friend he becomes possessive of that friend, frightened that the friend will abandon him for someone else.
However his desire to escape the islands let him take a door of Darkness out of the world, leading him to Hollow Bastion. Kept from Sora, fed lies that he had been abandoned Riku's own heart started turning towards darkness. Maleficent's crowning moment in turning Riku over to her side came in Transvere town. Allowing Riku to meet up with Sora only to have Sora show that he didn't need Riku anymore. Going so far as having a whole new group of friends to spend time with convinced Riku that Sora had forgotten about Kairi and himself. Resigning himself to being Maleficients lackey he helped kidnap princesses and fought Sora. Until he gave up his body to Ansem in hopes to finally beat Sora. In the end however he realized his mistakes and could do nothing to make up for them. Banished from his body, his heart was tossed into Kingdom Hearts where he finally heard the voice of King Mickey trying to comfort him. He found in brief moments he could talk to Sora, before finally finding the door to Kingdom Hearts and between himself, Sora, Donald, Goofy and King Mickey shut the door. Surrounded by Heartless with a blade that can not harm them the question was could Riku survive long enough to escape? And if so, what kind of world waited for him beyond the eternal darkness?
